Clients must give at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
Cancellations or changes made more than 48 hours before your appointment can be completed directly through our website.
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you must contact us directly at hello@w-clinic.co.uk.
Late cancellations may be charged the full session fee. In these cases:
Your deposit will be retained, and
A payment link for the remaining balance will be sent to you to complete payment.
If you have a package, the session may be deducted from your remaining sessions instead of payment being taken.
If you miss your appointment without giving any notice, you may be charged the full session fee.
In the case of a chargeable no-show:
Your deposit will be retained, and
A payment link for the remaining balance will be emailed to you.
No-shows may not be rescheduled or refunded.
